The burial of His Royal Majesty Eze Israel Okwu Kanu, the traditional ruler of Afaraukwu Community in Umuahia North and his wife, the parents of Nnamdi Kanu has finally come and gone.

ABN TV was live at the event that took place on February 14, 2020 to capture some of the scenes.

Dignitaries that graced the occasion include the Senator representing Abia South, Sen. Enyinnaya Abaribe, Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, a former member of the Senate, Victor Umeh, traditional rulers from Abia, Anambra and other states.

Our team gathered that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was absent at the burial ceremony.
