The member representing Arochukwu /Ohafia Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Uko Ndukwe Nkole has cautioned those he described as moles in the PDP to think twice.
ABN TV reports that his advice came following the ruling of Abia State High Court that threw out a suit instituted by one Anthony Nwankwo the immediate past PDP Arochukwu LGA.
Nwankwo and others had taken the PDP to court for excluding them from being returned and sworn into office as persons that won in the ward and LGA Congresses that took place in February this year at the expiration of their respective tenures.
Nkole in a statement on Monday he personally endorsed described the ruling as a lesson to moles in the PDP.
According to the federal lawmaker, those wishing to use the judiciary as a template or means to seek relevance or stall the due process in future political activities of the Arochukwu LGA chapter of the PDP begins to think twice.
Rt. Hon Uko Nkole said the PDP has a well-articulated internal mechanism to handle personal reservations and matters arising from nominations as well as elections which were open to them, expressing surprise that they opted to head for the court against the party’s constitutional order.

According to the Abam born politician, the PDP in Arochukwu LGA and indeed Abia State has come a long way to be deceived by just anybody who may claim to be a member of the party, to be taken seriously as a genuine party man or woman, knowing full well that some are just money mongers with mercantile tendencies and moles planted to sale information to opponents.
He expressed joy that the State High Court was not only insightful to detect that the suit ought to have been instituted against the Governor and the party for want of exploring and exhausting all the internal party mechanisms and hence found to be incompetent and non-justice able.
Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole while applauding the court ruling as unbiased and instructive, advised the so-called aggrieved party members to pull the veil off their eyes and begin to see the courts in true light as an ‘impartial umpire’ peopled by men and women with deep knowledge of the law and the sacrosanctity of Party Constitution and can therefore not be misled.
He said the recent Ward, and Local Government Congresses of the PDP in the State were one of the freest, peaceful, fair and credible in the history of party congresses in the State.
Stressing that the new leadership of the PDP in Arochukwu LGA has come to stay because it was elected on the principles of equity, the federal lawmaker appealed to the supposedly aggrieved party members to stop wasting their time and resources on litigations and join the party, assuring that the party is the only forum where misgivings and grievances of aggrieved members will be addressed in a manner that will bring satisfaction and lasting peace.
